Qdoba Wiki
As of 2013, Qdoba operates over six hundred outlets in various locations in America. The first Canadian outlet opened on December 3, 2012, in Brandon, Manitoba. A second restaurant turned into opened in London, Ontario, and 3 months later a 3rd area opened in Winnipeg in 2014.
Stores positioned in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee from ZT of Louisville Qdoba have repurchased them and became one of its biggest franchises in mid-2012. By this Tim Casey resigned and eventually, Gary Beisler became CEO in March 2013. In October 2014, Qdoba changed their rate shape to “all-inclusive” wherein the price only trusted the form of protein ($7.80 for chook or vegetarian items and $eight.40 for steak, shredded pork or beef), but protected all of the “extras” that formerly incurred an extra fee, such as guacamole and queso sauce. The main countrywide opponents to Qdoba are Chipotle Mexican Grill (which also started in Denver, years earlier than Qdoba), Baja Clean, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and, to a lesser quantity, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, and many more.

More About Qdoba
In 2006, a lawsuit involved Qdoba Mexican Grill and Panera Bread. Panera attempted to prevent Qdoba’s opening in a shopping center. However, the court ruled in favor of Qdoba, stating that burritos and tacos were not considered sandwiches.
Qdoba introduced a kids’ menu in 2009 to compete with Chipotle and attract more families. In early 2003, Jack in the Box acquired Qdoba for $45 million. Over the years, leadership changes occurred, with Beisler retiring in 2012, followed by Tim Casey and then Keith Guilbault.
In 2014, Qdoba relocated its headquarters to Lakewood from Wheat Ridge. Subsequently, in January 2017, Qdoba’s headquarters merged with Jack in the Box’s main headquarters in California.
