Papa John’s Pizza is an American pizza organization. It runs the third biggest take-out and pizza delivery restaurant network in the United States, with base camp in Jeffersontown, Kentucky, a suburb of Louisville. The Papa John’s restaurant was established in 1984 when “Papa” John Schnatter thumped out a floor brush wardrobe in the back of his father’s bar, Mick’s Lounge, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He then sold his 1971 Camaro Z28 to buy $1,600 worth of utilized pizza-making equipment and started selling pizzas to the Traven’s clients out of the changed-over closet. His pizzas demonstrated so well known that one year later he could move into many places. In 2009, Schnatter recovered the Camaro in the wake of offering a reward of $250,000 for the car.
